Enriching Many Lives

Adding dimension to your life is one reason to join the Associates. But an even more important reason is to give a new dimension to the lives of talented young people. Raising money for scholarships to the Idyllwild Arts Academy and Summer Program is the purpose of the Associates. Money raised is used for scholarships to young artists of many art disciplines who would not otherwise be able to attend Idyllwild Arts.

Why You Should Join Us

Reasons for joining the Associates are as varied as the individual members. Some join just to support the scholarship program. Perhaps equally important to many is working with others who care about music, theatre, dance and the other arts. Some love jazz and want to get involved with our prestigious Jazz Festival; others will take advantage of our swimming pool and tennis court privileges, or join our hiking group. (NOTE: There is a one time $25.00 fee for the pool key and orientation if a member wants to swim during hours when no lifeguard is on duty.)

If you are new to our community, joining the Associates may be your way to meet people and get acquainted. Whatever the reason, you'll be joining a group of people who are committed to giving talented young artists financial help.

What We Do

Scholarship funds for Idyllwild Arts students are raised through annual membership contributions and fundraising events held throughout the year. Associates sponsor the annual Jazz in the Pines, musicales, educational and cultural activities with the community. We also maintain an Endowment Fund for future scholarships.

Membership Categories (Click here to go to the membership form). Those renewing their membership after 10/1/2007 will be eligible for a free tote bag which can be redeemed at the office using a special card included with your new membership card.
